At Manchester Met we offer a range of accommodation options to suit all needs. The Student Living Team and the staff at our private-partner halls are committed to making your student experience the best it can be.
Our owned and managed halls for the second year running were voted one of the ‘Top 5 Student Communities’ in the UK, as voted for in the National Student Housing Survey.
Each of our halls offer something different! There is a choice of shared bathroom and ensuite rooms to suit every budget. All Reception desks are staffed 24/7 and each hall has a dedicated ResLife team, who work hard to make your stay as comfortable as possible and they also offer a range of support and advice during your time in halls.
We also work with a trusted selection of dedicated private partners, who own and manage purpose-built student accommodation. Like the University, student wellbeing and safety is their utmost priority.

2024-2025 Bookings & Clearing
Demand for accommodation is currently extremely high and we are operating on a cancellation basis only. We process cancellations during working hours 9am until 4pm, we do not have information on how many we will be processing on any given day as this is dependent on the requests of those who already have bookings with us.
We advise that you remain diligent and refresh the portal regularly, during working hours to secure a cancellation.
Any options that become available will be limited and may not be your first choice, please check the accommodation website to review all options.

It is also advisable to contact our private partners directly as they may be running waiting lists and processing their own cancellations. This includes Ropemaker Court (CRM), Wilmslow Park (IQ) and Parkway Gate (Unite).
